Colin Yurcisin — 5+ Years Building Everything From Content to Product

The Longest Partnership. The Biggest Transformation.

Colin was my first client. When we started working together, he was $50K in debt and trying to figure out how to build a personal brand. Today he runs multiple 7-figure businesses, has over 1M followers across platforms, and leads a portfolio that includes Leveraged Lifestyle, Leveraged Investments, and Leveraged Mining.

I’ve been with him through every stage and I’m still building for him today.

What I Built With Colin

Phase 1: Content Engine (Keyweemotion)

Colin had knowledge and drive but no system for getting it out to the world. I built his Instagram from scratch through educational content focused on credit, travel hacking, and personal finance. With the help of my team at Keyweemotion, I set up a full content system that handled strategy, editing, posting, and optimization. I was the one directing the creative vision, making the calls on what to post and when, and constantly adjusting the approach as we learned what worked.

Results:

• Built a content system that scaled across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Grew YouTube from 0 to 20,000+ subscribers
• Colin now has 1M+ followers across platforms
• Content directly drove enrollment for his courses and coaching programs

Phase 2: Courses & Product Launches

With the audience growing, I helped Colin design and launch his first digital product, Credit Class, a course teaching people to leverage credit for income and free travel. It attracted 50+ members in year one. That evolved into Leveraged Lifestyle, an expanded program that crossed 1,000+ members and became his first 7-figure business. I was involved in the launch strategy, content around the product, and the systems that supported delivery.

Phase 3: Leveraged Mining

Colin launched Leveraged Mining, a Bitcoin mining optimization company offering immersion cooling, hash rate packages, and ownership packages to investors. In 2022 I helped launch multiple websites and small business initiatives around it. In 2024 I rebuilt the Leveraged Mining website from the ground up. In 2025 I built the IRS compliance product and helped revamp the business. I handle backend development, technical infrastructure, and work closely with Colin’s team to keep things running.

Phase 4: IRS Compliance App for Leveraged Mining (Latest)

Leveraged Mining clients needed a way to log business hours for IRS compliance purposes. I designed and built a custom application to handle that. Full product lifecycle: user research, wireframing, development, testing, and deployment. The app is now used by clients across the business. This is where my role fully shifted from content partner to product builder.

Phase 5: Backend & Operations (Ongoing)

Today I serve as Colin’s proactive tech partner. I manage CRM systems, handle backend development, and build whatever the business needs next. When something breaks, I fix it. When there’s a new opportunity, I build the system for it.

Why This Project Matters

5+ years. One client. Content, courses, websites, a product, CRM, backend. I did all of it. This is the longest and most complete example of what I do: stay close to the business, identify what needs to be built, and build it.
